This luxury 1 bedroom apartment is situated in probably the most picturesque little town on the Cote D' azur. Located on the 4th floor of the building, it boasts lovely panoramic sea and mountain views from the terrace and you are just a 5 minute walk from several beautiful sandy beaches. Please note there is a lift in the apartment building.

Inside this luxury apartment you will find an open plan living/ dining room with a small kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and includes hob, grill, 4 ring stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and a selection of dishes & utensils. The small dining table has seating for 4 guests along with a comfy sofa and a TV with both DVD player and satellite TV channels. The bedroom has twin beds but please note that 2 additional people can be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the living area. With a large all purpose wardrobe and bed-side tables, the bedroom is separated from the main apartment by a sliding glass door system, this can be opened right up to create a full open plan style apartment. There is one bathroom in the apartment.

Outside you can enjoy the magnificent views on the balcony on terrace, plus a table chairs are provided.

The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to the marina and small fishing port, here you will find a great selection of top quality restaurants to suit everybody’s tastes and budgets. Alternatively our guests may like to enjoy a meal in the apartment on the terrace. There are several beautiful sandy beaches nearby along with a range of shops within a 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment that include a supermarket, butcher, chemist, newsagents, and bakery. Explore the narrow cobbled stone streets of Villefranche old town, with its castle which dates back to 130bc the streets here have hardly changed one bit over the last 500 years. With both Monaco and Nice just 15 minutes away a regular bus service operates along the wonderful scenic coast between Nice and Menton. There is also a trains station just 7 minutes from the property where you can travel up and down the Riviera stopping at places which include Eze, Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cannes.
