With a large sunny terrace surrounding it on two sides, this modern and well equipped Juan Les Pins apartment offers fantastic panoramic views of the sea and Cap d’Antibes to the south and the hills of Cannes to the west.

The two bedrooms both have bedside cabinets and large fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both of the bedrooms have full reversible air-conditioning.


The large open plan lounge/dining room has two comfortable sofas and chair, a coffee table & a dining table with seating for 4 people. There is wi fi internet access, a large TV with English stations via the internet, a DVD player, radio and an ipod docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could require during your stay including oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster and a full selection of crockery & cooking utensils. There is a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a cloakroom with second toilet and wash basin.


There is a large corner terrace surrounding the apartment which faces south and west with beautiful views across the hills and the sea. There is large table with six chairs, the perfect place for alfresco dining. There are also four sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The residence has a well kept communal garden with an enclosed and gated shared pool. As all cars are parked in the dedicated underground garage area, the gardens and walkways to the local supermarket, restaurants and beach are all safe for children.


Access to the apartment is via a lift from the underground parking area or via the beautiful gardens. There is direct access to the beach and park. The supermarket and restaurants and other facilities are a short level walk away.


Everything you need during your stay is on your doorstep. The supermarket, restaurants and newsagent, are all within a few minutes’ walk. The beach is just a short two minute walk away. The large well kept park is just a two minute walk and is an ideal place for children to play safely as it is a dog free zone. The apartment is the perfect base to explore the surrounding area being situated on the edge of Juan Les Pins, with the pretty port and village of Golfe Juan nearby.


The old town of Antibes and glamorous Cannes are just a 10 minutes drive away with the airport and Nice just 25 minutes away by car. Monaco isn’t far either and can be easily reached by car or via the scenic coastal train journey. An excellent and reliable bus service runs along the coast from Cannes to Nice with a dedicated coach service that operates between the apartment complex and the airport.
