Holiday farmhouse situated on the edge of the medieval city of Carcassonne. Le Moulin can comfortably sleep up to 8 people in high standard accommodation all year round. This charming home is ideally located for exploring the many delights of the beautiful Languedoc region of France. It comprises a large spacious lounge area with TV and DVD/CD Players, dining area with table seating 6 people and a fully-equipped kitchen with large oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. There is an additional sofa bed to accommodate 2 extra guests. Please note there is a supplement charge for over 6 persons to cover cleaning & linen costs.
Le Moulin boasts a very large garden with a 24ft x 12ft above ground swimming pool, sunloungers, plenty of space for ball games, boules, badminton etc. There is a shaded terrace with BBQ, wonderful for al fresco dining. We also offer short winter breaks and long week ends by arrangement - ideal for house hunting etc. The house is just 10 minutes from Carcassonne Airport. Prices include electricity, gas, towels and bed linen. You will find a warm welcome waiting for you and your family from Bob. The grounds of the property are accessed by electronic gates into a courtyard. There is an abundance of great activities, including a world class golf course, which also has a 9 hole pitch & putt and a driving range.
