La Rogerie offer all-year-round accommodation situated near the west coast of the beautiful french region of Manche. Our Manche holiday gite is set in the provincial lowlands between Coutances and Granville and it offers the perfect compliment of tranquility, peace and solitude whilst being accessible to all-round family amenities.
Ground Floor: Kitchen - cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, etc., table and chairs, washing machine.
Living/Dining Room - wood burner (wood supplied), sofa, easy chairs, dining table and chairs, dresser, double doors to garden, hi-fi, video and DVD players, telivision (English, French, German, Dutch, etc), books and games.
2 double bedrooms - double beds, fitted wardrobes with drawers.
Bathroom - with WC.
Shower room - with WC.
Second Floor: Large attic room - twin beds and cot bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe.
There are electric heaters in most rooms.
The rear garden has a BBQ, garden furniture, above ground swimming pool and beautiful scenic views. Enjoy eating alfresco and watching the sun go down.
To the front of the house there is also a seating area with a chiminea. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening aperitif under the Grape and Kiwi vines.
There are a selection of restaurants offering simple country cuisine to a la carte menus within a short car ride.
The owners live next door and will be there to welcome you and give you any help should you require it, but you will be left in peace to enjoy your holiday.
