Lake Dathee features boating and fishing, and the nearby golf course provides superb facilities for the keenest of golfers.
The nearby market town of Vire offers shopping and dining, whilst the cosmopolitan resort town of Granville with its casino and sandy beaches makes an ideal day trip. Also within easy driving distance of La Pelviniere lies the monastic isle of Le Mont St. Michel, one of France's most visited attractions and a must-see for visitors to the region.
The property is also within easy reach of Bayeux and the Normandy landing beaches.
