Pretty wooden house, in the Perigord style inserted in a small hamlet with 10 houses with large heated swimming pool which is shared. The property sleeps up to 6 people.
The cottage is in a very pleasant setting, 6 km from the heart of Sarlat, capital of the Black Périgord. The house, 60 sqm, comprises 3 bedrooms and boasts a covered terrace with garden furniture seating 6 people, plus 2 deckchairs, sun umbrella and barbecue. 1 bedroom has a 160 bed, another with 2 x 80 beds which can be joined and 1 with 2 x 80 bunk beds.
There is a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen with crockery for 8 people. 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. Entertainment comes in the form of a colour TV and free WIFI internet.
Other features include air conditioning with reverse cycle. Parking and green space reserved. The large shared pool (16x8 m) is heated (july & august) and the beaches are equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas. Ping-Pong, petanque and children's swings.
