- Pets: Dogs and Cats - £10 per week. Smaller pets - FREE
- 25% booking deposit required to secure booking. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday.
- £100 breakages deposit due with balance.To be returned within 2 weeks of end of holiday subject to no breakages.
- Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in Peak Season
- Flexible changeover days High, Mid and Low Seasons + Christmas and New Year
- All prices include the services of a caretaker to prepare the house for your arrival + a welcome food pack.
- Full terms and conditions will be sent with booking form
