If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival than a 25% cancellation / admin. charge will apply.
A 10% deposit is required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid as follows:
- 50% (40% if 10% deposit has been previously paid) to be made 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Final 50% to be made 30 days prior to arrival date.
Owner's cancellation policy:
50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before arrival date.
100% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date.
