Charming Brittany Holiday Rental Home with Pool
This charming Brittany holiday house is set in 6 acres of wooded lawns with a 12 x 6 m pool. It is 4 kms from the village of Plumeliau, and a short drive from activities such as golf, horse riding, fishing and canoeing. The coast is within 40 minutes drive.
There is a double and twin bedroom downstairs with a shared shower room to the rear of the comfortably furnished lounge. The upper storey is a mezzanine overlooking the lounge. To the front there is a spacious dining/kitchen area, which opens onto a deck overlooking the garden and swimming pool. To the rear is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom . There is also a twin-bedded garret accessed by ladder suitable for children over 10 and young adults.
A washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Satellite TV/DVD and Video are provided.
Although attached to the main house, the cottages have their own completely separate and private entrances.
A private barbeque and garden furniture; grassed badminton/volleyball court, games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and table football; swings, slide and lawn games are provided..

April 2012 and all holiday makers are obliged to pay within the Baud Commune
The rate is €0.70 per person over 18 years , per night and can be paid at the property in euros.
A non-refundable Deposit of 25% is required to reserve the property.
The Balance is due 6 weeks prior to commencement date.
There is also a refundable Security/Damage Deposit which can be paid on a separate cheque
Change over day is Sunday in high season
The rent for the property is quoted in GBP for ease and the rate in euros can be found on the site.
Payment should be made in euros to a French account by transfer using Transferwise.
