Sul Pech is within 15 minutes of local shops, restaurants and markets and, being equidistant from the towns of Cahors, Figeac and Villefranche-de-Rouergue, is and ideal location to sample the delights, both cultural and sporting, of the Lot and the Aveyron.

The accommodation is extremely spacious; at the upper level is a living room with open fire and a fully fitted kitchen opening on to the South-West facing covered dining terrace; at garden level, there is another living/dining room with adjacent kitchen which opens on to the patio and the large floodlit heated pool. The nearest small grocery shop and post office are 5 minutes drive away at Cenevieres. Cajarc and Limogne are both just 10 minutes drive and offer weekly markets and a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants; just East of Limogne, is a beautiful nature reserve with a lake, walking trails and fishing.
