Lots of family fun attractions close by, costal cycle routes on your doorstep and the beautiful marina within a couple of minutes walk and just a 12 minute drive to the famous seaside resort of  Les Sable d'Olonne.

First Floor

You enter the villa on the first floor where you will find the bright sitting room and dining area with double aspect windows offering lots of natural light and a small sea view.  The sitting room has a 42inch TV with French channels only. The dining table extends to accommodate up to 10 guests. 

There are three bedrooms (1 x double, 2 x twins) plus a well equipped kitchen with a view of the garden and pool, a family bathroom and seperate WC.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor you will find a further 3 bedrooms (2 x doubles,1 x twin) plus an additional fully-equipped kitchen, a modern family shower room and a seperate WC. 

Also on the ground floor is a small sitting area, with large wooden cupboards housing many books and board games.  This room has large patio doors giving direct access out to the garden, pool area and private parking for 3 cars. 

Please note - A high chair (with baby booster seat), children's crockery and cutlery, stair gates (top and bottom) are all available at this property. Please liaise with the owners directly if this equipment is required.  6 Bedrooms

Note of pool safety

As parents ourselves, we understand that pool safety is of paramount importance. 

We take this part of holidaying extremely seriously.

The fenced, heated and PRIVATE swimming pool is surrounded by a 1.15 metre high 'Norme Francaise' factory-made barrier with self-closing gate. The opening mechanism is located at the top of the bar by pulling a small knob up (see photo above).  The pool is surrounded by mature gardens and pine trees, providing shade from the mid-day sun.  

The swimming pool is heated and a thermal cover is supplied to maintain heat overnight. The swimming pool is cleaned and monitored regularly to ensure the highest standards of health and hygiene are maintained.

It's all about the outside space! 

This fantastic and private garden is bright, fun and spacious with a fabulous size covered terrace which makes the perfect place for breakfast/lunch or dinner with its built in BBQ, poolside fridge and Tiki bar! 

Comfy sun-loungers with padded cushions, plus a great seating area makes this whole area a summer haven for everyone.  There's also a small changing cabin and lots of outside crockery/cups for the dining area. 

There is parking for up to 3 cars at the property,  plus parking opposite the villa in a private cul-de-sac.

L'ocean - is just a 50 metre stroll (under 1 minute!) to spectacular views of the sea with two fabulous coves (one sandy and the other pebbles) and not forgetting the sandy beach of La République which is accessible in 2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike or 8 minutes on foot via the coastal path 

300 meters from the villa a fabulous bakery, butcher, fishmonger, fruit and veg shop plus cheese and wine cave for all the local delicious produce. As well as a couple of bars and a tobacconist.

The house is also only located 100 meters from Port Bourgenay marina where 600 boats anchor. The port is accessible on foot and you will find sea excursions, fishing trips, water sport hire (Jet skies) bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants overlooking the marina. 

In the summer months the marina organises special events including fun days, evening entertainers, jazz and blues nights, firework displays and night markets every Wednesday in July/August. You can sit with the locals and enjoy 'moules & frites' listening to a band watching the kids dance to their hearts content.

Within a 15 minute walk, by the coastal path, you'll also be be at the wonderful beach of Veillon (voted by The Telegraph as one of the BEST beaches on the Vendee coast) and is currently classified as World Heritage of Unesco

5 minutes by car (or a 10 minutes by bike along the cycle paths) is the prestigious bay of Cayola and a little further on is the large seaside resort of Sables d'Olonne which is just perfect for water sports enthusiasts, and has wide long sandy beaches and boasts some amazing chic boutiques as well as high end restaurants offering excellent fresh seafood.  

For the more athletic: two surf and bodyboard spots are also nearby: the spot called “Rock Fighter” by experienced surfers, just in front of the house; the spot of Veillon - surfers all levels (where you are supervised) wakeboard or kite-surf clubs.

A golf course with two 18-hole courses is 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes on foot.

Everything is easily accessible from the villa, and thats why it's HUGELY popular with families as  everything is on their doorstep.
