Charming Dordogne holiday cottage rental set in 5 acre grounds with a 3 acre Lake perfect for fishing enthusiasts. The location is an area of outstanding natural beauty and guests will enjoy complete tranquillity. The cottage offers comfortable accommodation and provides all the neccessary amenities for an enjoyable and relaxing break in France - for families or groups of friends. Outside, there is a wooden decking terrace overlooking the lake with ample garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas BBQ.

The lake is a haven for anglers, however there is a plethora of other great activities available nearby including cycling, golf, walking and horse-riding. There is much to explore in this fantastic area of the Dordogne. We are situated in the Hamlet of Les Blancs within the Parc Naturel Regional du Perigord-Limousin, approximately 4 km south-west of the nearest market town, Piegut Pluviers and about 8 km from the large town of Nontron to the south.

Bookings made directly with owner. Booking deposit of 25% on reservation, balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. In addition, a security deposit of £250 to be paid in advance, which is returnable within 14 days of vacation subject to the property inspection on handover.
