Standing in 110 hectares, 3 x 9 hole course “Blue White and Red” can be mixed into 1 x 18 hole course.

Large 3 seater sofa turning into a double bed, matching chair and two occasional chairs, Feature fireplace with an electric fire for out of season days, and a desk.

Dining area:
Drop leaf table and 4 chairs.

Kitchen:
A small built in Fridge with small top freezer, Microwave with grill and oven, Slow cooker, Kettle, Toaster, ample crockery, cutlery, glasses pans etc. and a surprising amount of storage space.

Bedroom:
2 single wardrobes with bottom drawer and shoe rack, dressing table with drawers and hair dryer, 

Laundry room;
Huge washing machine and tumble dryer. Small charge, ground floor communal access.

Outside:
A balcony leading from the lounge overlooking the old orchard.  There is a table and 4 chairs and South facing so sunny most of the day.

Free parking within the designated parking in the Chateaux grounds, limited parking outside the apartment for loading and unloading

Weekly terms:

June: 500 euros per week
July: 600 euros per week
August: 750 euros per week

These prices are for up to 4 people and include linen, towels and cleaning, it dosen’t include holiday tax.

Please note we don’t allow pets or smoking.

Daily terms outside these months, 100 euros per day minimum 3 days.

Poitou-Charentes is one of the sunniest spots in western France with statistically more sun hours per year and an average temperature of 26 degrees.  As well as the pleasent weather, there is beautiful scenery, picturesque villages, a relaxed atmostphere not to mention the excellent regional cuisine.

The goats cheeses from the region, are excellent and carry exotic names.  Delicious at the end of the meal or with drinks.  The local wines from the various departments are almost all of good qualility and don't forget to try the Macarons de Montmorillon (almond biscuits).

There are plenty recreational activities and 30 minute drive away are Parthenay or Poitier where you can enjoy a shopping trip and lunch.  Within a radious of 50 Km. there are many sights, entertainment, amusement parks (Futuroscope) and the most beautiful amusement park in Europe, Puy du Fou.  If you want a wonderful coastal day, La Rochelle and Ile de Re, only a 1.5 hours drive and well worth the miles.  Poitier has a vibrant nightlife suitable for yourg and old.
