Auvergne Self-Catering Holiday Cottage Rental near Clermont Ferrand, France
Lovely stone cottage situated in the mountains with fantastic panoramic views from the front and rear of the property. It has been charmingly renovated to provide comfortable, light and airy accommodation for up to 6 guests. The cottage is situated in the Massif Central Region in the mountains of the Livradois National Park just 40 minutes drive south of Clermont Ferrand.
The home comprises a large living room with kitchen/dining area and a large fireplace with a woodburner. The living area has a TV, video and music system. The kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms all with exposed beams, 2 double and 1 single-plus travel cot. One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and there is a seperate shower room upstairs. Continental quilts and pillows are supplied. Linen and towels are available for an extra small charge. There is also a downstairs W.C.
The cottage boasts a very large garden and large terraces at the front and back of the home. There is ample, comfortable garden furniture ideal for relaxing and al fresco dining!
There is an abundance of fun activities in the area including: Canoeing, Kayaking, Fishing, mountain climbing, abseiling, walking, lake swimming, Horse-riding and Tennis.
