Off the bedroom is a large shower room with Italian shower, wash basin and WC. The laundry also off the hall has a WC and hand basin. The beautifully appointed kitchen is fully equiped and there is an island separating the kitchen from the dining area again with lovely views over the River Vézère. The Dining area/lounge is dominated by the superb stone fireplace, Being seated at the dining table you are still able to enjoy the river view.

The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, side tables with lamps, the large TV is also in this lounge area, there is English and French TV and DVD player and also the Orange LiveBox for you wifi connection. Leaving the lounge by the side door you are met by the sight of the River Vézère, the unspoilt view from the large terrace is one you will never tire of. There is plenty of seating, sunbeds and a bbq for your outdoor enjoyment. A wrought iron gate leads you down several steps to the lower terrace and lawned area where again you will find a table and chairs shaded underneath the tree. From this terrace you can access the quayside directly from the garden gate. No private parking, but there is free parking on the quayside to park your car, with no restrictions.
