Charmingly picturesque 3 bedroom cottage rental ideally situated in a rural tranquil location, yet close to the village of Betz-le-Chateau where you will find all basic amenities for an enjoyable stay. The cottage was originally part of the former stables but now comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests.

The cottage has electric heating throughout and there is a cosy wood burning stove in the open-plan living/dining room for those winter lets or cooler evenings.

The modern, well equipped kitchen is fitted with a 4 burner electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The private patio area which is accessed from the living room has a BBQ for testing your cooking skills and a dining table and chairs for that all important holiday experience of dining Al fresco. From the privacy of your patio you can gain access to the shared garden where you will find bicycles, a trampoline, swings, the swimming pool and numerous games.

The location of the cottage rental is the beautiful Loire Valley, which is well known for it's outstanding beauty and numerous historical villages towns and cities, wonderful architectural monuments, beautiful chateaux and many fine vineyards where you can learn about the wine making process, sample the wine, then perhaps most importantly purchase the product for consumption back at your superb holiday cottage.

You are also within easy reach of some of the highlights of the neighbouring department of Vienne, including the beautiful village of Angles sur l'Anglin, its capital Poitiers, the medieval town of Chauvigny and the wonderful theme park of Futuroscope which makes an ideal day out for guests of all ages.

Just a short drive is La Roche Posay, where there is a racecourse, with summer meetings, a golf course, plenty of shops and a casino. With so many activities to choose from locally you will be wishing you had booked this cottage rental for longer.
