5000 m² garden with wonderful flowers automaticaly watered during the night, shady and sunny parts for guests to relax, terraces, barbecue, large Petanque ground, and plenty of garden furniture. There is also a private tennis court and large swimming pool.

From May to September, pool maintenance (3 interventions per week), electricity (5KW external lightnings), Water for automatic watering, Gas for cooking stoves, Telephone for local use are included in the price. If using the pool in October or april maintenance has to be paid. Electricity is paid at consumption from November to March. Fuel for central heating when needed is always at consumption.
