This fantastic holiday home is Located within the magnificent Lot valley in the south west of France. The spacious accommodation measures 12 metres by 7 metres and is 6 metres at its highest point and is situated at the edge of the woods beside a former vineyard. It has been tastefully decorated throughout, is fully equipped and offers you all your modern comforts in a perfect peaceful and tranquil environment.


Set on gently sloping grounds and from the solar-heated pool you can enjoy some fantastic views across the valley. Enjoy your evening drink overlooking the rolling hills and the medieval bourg of Belaye or relax by the pool and try to count the multitude of stars visible through the pure fresh air.


Inside the house you will find a large and comfortable living area/ lounge area which has been nicely furnished, with space to seat four adults. Facilties include a TV, DVD player and video. An elevated outdoor seating area is accessible by 4 steps from the large patio doors.
Adjacent to a fully equipped luxury kitchen you will find a dining area. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast bar. A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron can be found in the utility area.


There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a large double bed and dressing area to be found on the first floor. The second bedroom which has twin beds and great views of the woods is situated on the ground floor. The bathroom has been recently re-fitted and has a full size bath tub with overhead shower, washbasin and a toilet.

At the rear of the house is the large terrace with a gas barbeque, perfect for al fresco dining. With an extensive forecourt at the front there is also space for parking.

The swimming pool has child proof gates with alarm and is fully secure (The pool is for the exclusive use of clients). Surrounding the grounds of this property are a vineyard, sloping fields, copses and woodlands. This countryside which is covered in wild flowers and orchids is home to a number of wildlife which include deer, wild boar, birds and hares.


A 20 minute walk across the valley will bring you to the nearest village Belaye. A small historic village with a thriving community. A visit to this village to view the magnificent river lot below is highly recommended. During the summer months there is a snack bar open in the village that sells sandwiches, ice creams, soft drinks, tea and coffee and beers and wines. The nearest shops are around a 10 minutes’ drive away in the town of Prayssac where you will find a selection of shops, a cinema, banks, a post office, doctors and a lively weekly market.
