Le Hambout is a lovely Brittany holiday home situated in the small village of St Andre des Eaux, Cotes d`Armor, 5 minutes from the town of Evran set on a river. The house comprises a living area with TV, DVD/Video Player, woodburning fireplace, tile and wood flooring and exposed beams providing a warm atmosphere for guests. Upstairs is the Master bedroom with double bed, wooden beams and shuttered windows which enjoy a lovely view. There is also a comfortable second double bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen has recently been re-decorated with all the necessary units for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom has been recently renovated in white with a modern hot shower and wooden floor.

The enclosed garden at the back of the house is the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of local cider and enjoy the surrounding countryside. For children there's a tree to climb and an acre of space to run around in which is secure from any cars. There's a field next door where the owner keeps and trains horses.

Guests may wish to visit the lake, just 5 minutes away and great for an enjoyable walk. The well-known town of Dinan is just a 10 minute drive host to many restaurants, pavement cafes and a marina where you can enjoy a glass of wine! St Malo and Mont Saint Michel are just 40 mins from the house and well worth a visit.
