Special Rental Conditions
A security deposit of 200.00 pounds or euros is required upon arrival, any damages will be deducted at the end of your stay.
All charges for the oil central heating are included in the rental price and logs are provided at no additional cost in the winter months.
All bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are provided, changed weekly. We do not provide pool towels. There is no additional cleaning charge but we do ask you to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Off peak short stays are available on request.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking and the remaing balance to be paid six weeks before the day of arrival.
