A brand new luxury apartment with a large terrace that faces south. Built on Benodet new apartment T3 1st and last floor of a small residence, the apartment is perfectly situated just 150m from the beach, along the White Sea. The property is 1. 5km from the centre of Bénodet


The spacious lounge / dining room with TV and sofas opens up onto the large south facing terrace with fantastic views of the White Sea. There is plenty of garden furniture, sun lounger, parasol and even a BBQ for you to enjoy during your stay. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in the laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a double bed which also opens up on to the terrace, the other bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with wardrobe space, nightstands and dresser in each. A cot is available on request The bathroom has a bathtub and WC. There is 1 convertible corner in the living room that allows for an additional 2 people on the sofa bed, please note that the additional duvets are not included.
Outside yoy will also find 2 parking spaces in a gated and secure parking area.


Local attractions include a recreation centre, cinemas, and restaurants. Activities also include gambling casinos, disco, horse riding, walking, beachcombing, water sports and thalassotherapy. For our sporty guests there is plenty for you to do. Anything from swimming, cycling, hiking and windsurfing to golf, fishing, tennis, sailing and mountain biking. Bicycle rental is approximately 700m from the apartment. The UCPA Center is just a short 100 m away where you can have sailing, windsurfing, and catamaran lessons

The city center of Bénodet is just 1.5 km away. Come and visit to try Brittany's most famous local delicacy, the Breton crêpe, this is the main culinary feature apart from seafood. There are many crêpe restaurants. Breton apple cider is often featured. Traditional biscuits include Traou Mad, which is a full-fat butter biscuit, similar to Scottish shortbread.
