1 Bedroom beautiful, beachfront Riviera apartment in Theoule Sur Mer, France. Beautifully decorated in a traditional Provence style with assorted antiques, housed in a modern Mediterranean building that sits directly on a sandy beach, and located centrally on the French Riviera, it's nothing less than paradise.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4, with 2 beds in the bedroom and a generous sofa bed in the living room. Both the living room and bedroom open onto a large terrace, 3 floors directly above the beach. Enjoy an afternoon nap on the terrace in oversized lounge chairs or an evening meal around the teak dining table that can expand to seat up to 6 persons. Or just enjoy the panoramic view of luxury sailboats, summertime fireworks, and the occasional rainbow hovering over the Bay of Cannes. The master bath has a large tub and shower as well as a washer/dryer for laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a gourmet meal but the local ingredients.
Private Parking, High speed internet, Local and International Phone Service, Satellite TV with French, English and Italian channels are all included. Beach equipment and private outdoor shower. Fully handicapped accessible. Children are, of course, welcome. We are sorry but no pets are allowed.

The train station is a short walk from the apartment or very reasonably priced boat trips will ferry you to popular coastal towns.
Visit nearby cosmopolitan resorts like Antibes and Juan les Pins, the medieval city of St. Paul de Vence with its many art galleries, the perched village of Eze, glass blowers in Biot and potters in Valluris.
Visit nearby Monte Carlo with residents Prince and Princess of Monaco. Enjoy St. Tropez where designer boutiques and the latest fashions dwell in centuries old shops. Inhale Grasse and witness the ancient
art of perfume making. Stroll on the cobbled streets of the mountain top villages and and visit the haunts of artists like Miro, Chagall, Picasso and Matisse.
