Accommodation:
The huge cathedral roofed lounge overlooks the 9th green and has a music centre and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Bosch oven , a halogen hotplate a microwave and a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the garage.
The principal bedroom overlooks the course (as do all the other bedrooms) and has a large ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle , bidet and bath.There is a separate toilet. The entrance hall has two occasional beds and a toilet leading off.
The other bedrooms have H&C and share a toilet and shower room.One has a double bed , one has two single beds and the third 4 bunk beds of which we use two as singles.
The garden is well tended by a regular gardener and has a full sized boules court.There is a barbecue outside and a terrace with tables and chairs for ten right by the 9th green.
Golf is available , not only at St Laurent championship and 9 hole course , but also at a number of other golf courses in the area run by "Formule Golf" ithe nearest being Baden , Ploemeur, Val Queven are around half an hour by car away and Rhuys Kerver around 40 minutes.
Within a mile is go-carting and the sea is just five miles away.
Close by on the road to Plöemel there is an adventure playground in the woods with aerial walkways .
Cycling is a delight and there are numerous off-road cycle tracks around . From St Laurent village there is a woodland track to Erdeven where it is possible to have a crêpe at the local chateau or a pizza or main meal .It is possible to reach the beach at Kerhilio largely off road , passing prehistoric sites on the way and , from there , cycle off road to Etel past various remnants of Hitler's Atlantic wall fortifications.
The nearest shops are at Ploemel around two miles away and the nearest supermarket is at Belz around 4 miles away.There are numerous other shops at Belz.
The standing stones at Carnac are around six miles away and well worth a visit as is the bijou port at La Trinité sur Mer , the harbour at Etel and the Ria d'Etel just beyond Belz .
The nearest large town is Auray which has shops to cater for all your needs and also , with the ancient port of St Goustan , a delightful place to wander around , take a coffee or drink or eat.
Vannes , 20 minutes away has an even larger array of shops and looks out over the bay of Morbihan.
