Daisy gite is a charming 19th century barn converted to provide beautiful gites all with original features and beams creating comfort and style. Situated in a peaceful valley on the edge of Concores a pretty stone village with local shop, boulangerie, post office, bar, tennis courts and Boules pitch all within walking distance. The gites are adjacent to a small chateau and river. Concores is between the rivers Lot and Dordogne and towns of Gourdon and Cahors, a perfect and wonderful place to explore this beautiful and historic region of France. Each gite is comfortably furnished and has TV/DVD player (with English freeview channels), washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.

Sit on the terrace and enjoy spotting the deer coming out of the woods in the early morning to feed. Watch the birds in the garden, we have two families of Magpies and are delighted to play host to a pair of Hoopoe. Of an evening be amazed at the sounds of the Cicadas and after dark the song of the Nightingale. Watch as Rabbits and Hare run out of the hedge across the lawn in search of food

Each gite is approached via an external wooden staircase to a private decked area (4.5m x3m) with patio table, chairs and umbrella for al-fresco dining. The gites are heated for the winter months and consist of:
Dining area and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Children and babies are most welcome - we have a cot, highchair, stairgate and baby bath available if required

Each cottage is entered by double doors into the main living area with tiled floor, comfortable seating and equipped with TV and DVD player (TV with English freeview channels, BBC, ITV etc). Two gites have FREE WiFi available.

From the living area open tread stairs take you to the next floor which consists of a double bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds with chest of drawers and a wardrobe and a shower room. All linen and towels are provided.
