This charming Brittany holiday rental cottage is well located only 500m from the Sea and is set in a hamlet of breton traditional houses. In a calm and peaceful area the sound of the waves from the nearby Kerlers beach is the only sound you will hear in this haven of traquility. The owners have ensured the cottage has been rehabilitated tastefully to ensure you can share the delights of the Fouesnant area.
Les Penty De Kerneing is made up of two holiday cottages both of which have two bedrooms and are part of an old breton farm. Each of the cottages are available as two separate rentals.
The Penty Misaine is around 80 m ² and is ideal for up to 5 people . The cottage has a garden and a privative south terrace very nice to have lunch outside in the summer in the shade of the apple tree. You will enter through a large room with a big fireplace, 2 bedrooms are on the first floor one of which has 3 single beds and the other one has a double bed.
Penty Trinquette, around 72m ². is comfortable for up to 4 people and ideal for a family with two children. The cottage has a garden and a privative south terrace allowing to have lunch outside the summer. You will enter through the porch which also allows you to take breakfasts in the heat of the morning sun. Make your way through into the lounge-dining room which has an attractive wood stove. 2 bedrooms are found on the first floor. One double bedroom with the other having 2 single beds. Both of the cottages have fully equipped kitchens with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, all of the necessities required for cooking. Each have a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.
In the closed gardens you will find south facing terraces in traditional flat stones, there is plenty of garden furniture, deckchair and parasol. There is also an electric BBQ for you to use during your stay. For the children there is a play area with a swing, trapeze, trampoline, a rope with knots and a ladder and a slide suitable for all ages.
Nearby attractions include Kerler, the nearest beach, Beautiful scenic walks around Brittany, the wellknown GR34 starts at the cottages. Maybe you fancy a delicious crepes from the creperie next door or a spot of fishing at the nearby Mousterlin Point and its wharf.
A little further away you can visit the Cathedrale St Corentin, cruise to the Glenan's island ans on the Odet River, or just spend a relaxing afternoon in the beautiful île Tudy which is located in front on the Peaceful seas.
The cottages are suitable for elderly or infirm and are wheelchair accessible. Children are welcome and we will consider pets.

Les penty are in an old breton farm. They are 5 min walk from the beach. They is only nature between the Penty and the beach. The nearest beach is 500m away. It is a 3kms long beach with white sand. In the farm below there are Horses, sheep, chickens which are great for entertaining children. There are a lot of birds around. We are just in front of the Glenan island. We are far away the traffic. There ar 2 private roads to reach the Penty. It is very peacefull. You can only hear the noice of the waves over the dunes. Les Penty are at Mousterlin, a fishermen village near the sea. It is part of Fouesnant like Beg-meil et Cap-coz. There is a bakery and a foodstore at 1km. The supermarket are at Benodet and in the center of Fouesnant at 5 kms.
