Bank transfer or by credit card - to make payment.
Any bank charges must be paid by the payee.
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATES:
1. a substantial welcome pack, all water, electricity and French property taxes.
2.Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for 15€ per person.
3.From October to March a weekly electric heating charge of 30 euros will be requested
4. Weekend / mid week lets are possible according to availability especially between September and May.
5. Monthly let are possible from September to March (Please contact the owner)
6. Payment is accepted in Livres Streling - please contact the advertiser for rates.
- 30 % Non-refundable Deposits payable to confirm booking.
70 % balance of rent and a 30% Refundable Security Deposit payable 6 weeks prior to arrival and release of keys.
If you reserve less than six weeks prior to arrival you will need to pay in full on reservation. Please take out appropriate travel insurance to cover you in case you need to cancel for any reason as these amounts are non-refundable once paid.
Cancellations will be charged: 50% for 6 weeks, 65% for 4 weeks and full rate for less than 4 weeks prior to booked arrival date.
The Security deposit will be fully refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure given that no damage payment are due (or immediately in case of cancellation).
Rental contract to be signed 6 weeks before arrival.
Entry is from 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm on arrival day; departure is from 8.00 am to10.30am on departure day.
- WINTER LETS: the apartment has electric heating throughout (including an electric towel dryer in the bathroom) except in the solarium which is facing South and benefits from the sunshine throughout the year. In the dining area there is a log burning fireplace.. In the winter months wood for the first night will be supplied and additional wood can be purchased on behalf of clients on request. Three double duvets are supplied (12 tog) so ensuring that our guests are warm at all times.
