This charming 3 bedroom Parame holiday rental villa for 6-7 people is fully equipped and its located just 350 meters from the Marine Baths and the beach of La Hoguette, 200 meters away form all conveniences in the centre of Courtoisville and just 6 mins in your car to the nearest supermarket.


The Brittany villa boasts 3 large bedrooms all of which have large Queen size beds and are equipped with wardrobes, chairs, armchairs and plenty of storage space. There are 2 Bathrooms, one of which has a shower enclosure. There is also a separate shower room with WC. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need including oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, hob, coffee maker and dishwasher, there are also plenty of dishes, utensils, pantry items, washing machine and clothes dryer. In the dining area you will find seating for up to 8 people and there is also a child’s highchair if required. Relax in the comfortable living room where you will find a sofa, chairs, table and Television, Satellite / cable TV is available along with the internet and games and toys for the children.


Outside is a lovely protected terrace with an interior courtyard, an ideal location for a stay with your friends or family and enjoy meals outside on the terrace. There is also a garden with a BBQ and off the street parking on the drive.
