This beautifully restored 8 bedroom farmhouse rental (Plus separate lodge) is set in over 5 acres of well maintained grounds. The whole property can accommodate up to 16 guests in comfort, 12 in the main house and 4 in the separate independent lodge. This charming farmhouse is Ideally situated in a rural tranquil location yet within minutes of several pretty villages and towns.

Arnauton farmhouse rental can sleep 12 people in two separate wings. There is large open plan space downstairs including mezzanine balcony which opens onto the private swimming pool. It has a large very well equipped modern kitchen with ample storage and all modern conveniences for 16 guests.

The communal areas comprise of a spacious dining room with a cosy wood burning fire, a substantial sitting room with an open fire. There is also a summer salon and mezzanine balcony which look out over the 12 metre swimming pool

Set in over 5 acres, the garden and house boast other facilities including a large barbecue area with a gas fired barbecue, lovely swimming Pool, table tennis and table football. Entertainment in the house comes in the form of UK TV and there is Broadband wireless internet available for guests.

There is a plethora of activities to be found locally which include golf, tennis, horse-riding, pelote (a traditional Basque racket game) and fishing and they are all within easy reach. Good regional cuisine is available in most of the local villages and tours of the vineyards producing wine and Armagnac are a must. Shopping is available within just a short drive from the farmhouse rental and local markets are hosted by one of the local village on a daily basis.
