The house is Approached via a well-made country lane, (no through access), the landscaped gardens app. 2000 m2 (total parcel 3500 m2) surround the house and pool and offer complete privacy.
The grounds are south~west facing, gated & fenced, and offer fabulous views across to the village of Caylus.
Also a large parking area easily catering for 2 cars.
Table Tennis & Badminton for clients use. There are several external dining terraces within easy reach of the house for dining 'al fresco'.
Close to towns / villages for commerces, restaurants, etc

FOR THOSE WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES : The main bedroom with ensuite bathroom on ground floor is ideal for persons with walking difficulties as the property has just 2 wide, shallow steps internally (app 8cm high) on this floor to reach all rooms. (However it must be noted that the garden slopes down to reach the pool).
Set in private (gated) grounds with mature landscaped gardens & spectacular elevated views across the valley. A short walk (1 km) brings you into the village for morning coffee & croissants .
