Special Rental Conditions
Upon your arrival, a deposit check of 400 € will be requested to guarantee any damage or loss of keys. It will not be cashed and returned after the inventory of places of exit if the apartment is returned in the state where it was taken.
Sheets and towels can be provided for:
- € 10 per bed (double bed, sheets, pillowcases)
- € 6 per person for the towel and the shower sheet (extra € 3 for the beach towel).
Kitchen towels provided. We take care of the washing of the sheets, protection mattresses and pillows, towels and descent of bath at your departure.
The tenant will use the washing machine in reasonable conditions (1 to 2 times per week). Laundry is not provided.
The final cleaning must be provided by the tenant except to ask the application of a fixed price of 25 € so that this one is at the expense of the owner. The same package will be mandatory if the household was not properly performed on the day of departure or in case of departure in the morning before 7:00.
