The house has a kitchen/dining room, 2 living rooms and a shower room downstairs. Upstairs there are 2 small single bedrooms, a larger double bedroom and a shower room. Outside there is a small garden with a patio and a shady pergola, which leads to a larger garden which is mostly grass with shrubs. The house is ideal for a small family and has wifi in most rooms.

GROUNDFLOOR (Tiled floors)

Entrance from courtyard into kitchen/dining room – full kitchen with farmhouse table and chairs

Sitting Room with two sofas, one armchair, coffee table, side tables, lamps.  Wood-burning stove. Mini hifi and some CDs.

Second Sitting Room with a sofa bed, a daybed, side tables, lamps.

Shower Room with walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror. The washing machine is in this room.

FIRST FLOOR (wooden staircase, hand rail & wood flooring)

Bedroom 1   king size bed (160cm), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, lamps.

Bedroom 2  single bed (90cm), bedside table, chest of drawers, chair, mirror.

Shower Room – walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror.
 

NB. Extra Z-bed & a cot are available as required.

NB. There is also a double sofabed in the second sitting room (downstairs).
