Gite accommodation with a beautiful floodlit shared swimming pool in the beautiful countryside of the Dordogne giving a real experience of Rural France! We have 3 recently renovated gites sleeping 3, 5 & 6 people. The villages of Montagrier and Tocane St Apre are nearby to the properties where you will find both restaurants and the necessary shops you will need for your stay. Visit us and enjoy great views over the tranquil French Countryside all the way down to the River Dronne. Visit the pretty villages with their traditional markets and dine out in the local restaurants.
There is a larger than average Fully floodlit pool shared between the gites. There is also a small BBQ provided for each gite and a larger communal one for larger groups!
Le Tournesol Le Tournesol is situated on 2 floors with 2 ensuite bedrooms, within the Old Tobacco Barn. The ground floor floor has an open plan design with a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area, lounge and separate WC.
Fully fitted kitchen - cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, all utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Lounge area - there is a modern corner suite, a 3 seater sofa and matching armchair. SAT TV with DVD player and a large coffee table.
Bedrooms - On the 1st floor are 2 en suite bedrooms, one double and one triple.
Step outside your gite on to a Private Terrace where you and your family can enjoy and take the great views over the Dordogne.
