Ragots Nord is a perfect environment to unwind and relax. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with a breakfast room and dining area in the barn. There is a TV, DVD player and free to view box allowing the standard UK channels as well as canal plus. There is also wifi Internet access. The living room has comfy seating for 10, there is also a fireplace and sofa bed. Our Gironde holiday rental house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suites. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are equipped with a double bed, bedroom 3 has twin beds and bedroom 4 a single bed. There is the capacity to accommodate a further 3 people on the mezzanine if needed. ‘Ragots Nord’ is a supremely stylish holiday home and we are delighted to give you this opportunity to experience a wonderful summer holiday.


The gardens have been landscaped within a hectare of land and the terracing has been stylishly designed to cater for the needs of outdoor living. There is an outdoor grill and barbecue.


‘Ragots Nord’ is near the idyllic village of St Vivien de Monsegur and just 15 minutes from the Bastide town of Monsegur. During the summer there are wonderful night markets surrounding the town square. Friday is the local market day where you can buy local, fresh and seasonal produce. Bordeaux town centre is an hour’s drive. Arcachon beach with the largest sand dunes in Europe is a 90mins drive. The UNESCO listed Saint Emillion is a wonderful excursion where you can enjoy the marvels of this historic and cultural city, not to mention a fine glass of red wine over an enjoyable lunch.
