This traditional Breton holiday home constructed in the early twentieth century has been completely renovated and restored to combine its traditional ancient charm with modern home comfort. The wooden beams, framed doors and original fireplace all remain whilst the interior has been completely modernised. With a bespoke staircase, open plan kitchen and living room with skylight, the Brittany house is very spacious and bright.


Inside this charming house you will find 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms that have double beds, with a single room and a twin bedded room found upstairs. A cot is available on request.


There is one bathroom with a bath, and a second bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet with wash basin.


The house has a well equipped kitchen which includes a oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen opens up onto the living area where you will find comfortable seating, sofas and a television.
A table and seating for 7 people can be found in dining area. A door from the living area leads you out to the 25m2 South East facing terrace which is well furnished with a dining table and garden furniture. A windbreak fold ensures the terrace is well sheltered from the wind. The house is also completely surrounded by a walled garden with a secure electric gate.


Due to its close location to both the city centre and beaches, the house is perfect for large families. With a selection of bars, restaurants, disco club, casinos and weekly markets nearby, this is the ideal base to explore the surrounding area. Places of interest include Beauport Abbey, the island of Bréhat, Perros-Guirec, and Paimpol. Visit the family resort of Saint-Quay-Portrieux that will appeal to anyone from the sporty and adventurous guest to nature lovers with its number of hiking trails and selection of water activities. There is a disco, many summer concerts and beach volleyball tournaments ofr the adolescents with a mickey club for the younger guest just 300 metres from the house. A car is not required as you have the ability to do everything on foot for those who don’t mind walking.
