A Mediterranean-style traditional villa rental with a private heated pool measuring 10 x 4 x 1.7m. Located between Montpellier and Béziers, this stunning property is just a 10-minute walk from the picturesque centre of Pézenas. There is plenty to enjoy in this historic town, including the wonderful Parc Loisirs de Castelsec, tennis courts, local winery Seigneurie de Peyrat, a weekly market, summer festivals, antique shops, as well as many outdoor artisan cafés and restaurants.
The villa is great for exploring all of what Languedoc-Roussillon has to offer, such as Montpellier, Lac du Salagou, Sète, Mèze, Béziers, Étang de Thau and Roquefort. There are5 airports within an hour’s drive, and good road and rail connections to Montpellier, Carcassonne, Nîmes, Perpignan and Narbonne. And it’s only a 25-minute drive from Cap d’Agde’s beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean coast.
The villa boasts a newly renovated private pool, a ping pong table and all-round terrace with a BBQ area, which are perfect for children and alfresco dining.
The first floor comprises 3 large double bedrooms with 1 ensuite and 1 separate bathroom. All the bedrooms open onto a spacious south-facing terrace with panoramic views – ideal for glorious sunsets. On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with all relevant appliances (dishwasher, coffee machine and much more) and there is a small downstairs bathroom and shower. The spacious sitting-dining room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV, fireplace and a dining table that sits 8, and French doors that open out onto the terrace and pool area. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The swimming pool has a fitted safety alarm, which makes Villa Picasso especially suitable for families with young children.

Amazed by the house!! Beach is beautiful and the old town is a must see. If you love shopping on Saturday they are open until midnight. Pezenas has a population of about 8000 and is situated in the heart of the Languedoc region of the South of France. Pezenas was once the Capital of Languedoc and was also home to the famous French playwright - Moliere. The Languedoc is a vast winemaking area and you will get chance to sample some excellent wines - St Chinian, Faugeres, Picpoul de Pinet - to name but a few. Pezenas has several bakeries and shops within easy walking distance of the house. There is a well stocked Champion grocery on the main road through Pezenas for larger shopping expeditions. The Saturday market in Pezenas is nothing short of fabulous and a must for anyone who loves Mediterranean food.
