Located in la Provence Verte, this charming 2 bedroom house offers comfort and rural tranquility whilst being only a few minute's drive from the centre of the lively working Provençal town of Barjols. The house sits on a south facing terrace backed by olive groves and the pines and oaks of the forêt nationale. It enjoys spectacular views toward the Bessillon Hills and the massif of La Sainte-Baume.

Maison Genet has been stylishly and sympathetically renovated with a snug lounge, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor and double bedroom (with dressing room and ensuite shower room) and twin bedded room and family bathroom on the first floor. The swimming pool (12x2.5 metres) is private and not overlooked.

Well-equipped private house offers salon with comfortable seating, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, dressing room, bathroom and shower room.
House has free WiFi; cable TV; DVD player, selection of DVDs; CD player, selection of CDs; books in English and French; printer. Also a wide range of guidebooks and maps, binoculars and a simple astronomical telescope. In front of the house is a shaded terrace with table and chairs; Weber barbecue and gas paella pan for al fresco meals.
The pool is 12m long: ideal for exercise before relaxing on shaded sun loungers. Pool is cleaned every three days. There are several outdoor seating areas along the extensive terrace garden shaded by trees, flowering shrubs and a rosemary walk. Picnic in the house's olive groves.
There is a petanque (boules) terrain and clothes drying area.
Bed linen and towels (except towels for pool) included in price. Weekly cleaning and local taxe de sejour also included in price. Longer lets include weekly linen and towel change.
