Inside this beautiful self catering holiday villa you will find a modern yet tastefully decorated living environment. The open plan living area has everything you will need from Television and DVD player to a sofa and comfortable seating. There is also a large table with seating for up to 8 people, and a child's high chair is available on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 ring stove, grill, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher.

The villa offers two spacious double bedrooms and a 3rd larger room with 3 single beds. A cot is available on request. There is one main bathroom with twin basin, bathtub with shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.


The villa has a south west facing veranda and is surrounded by an enclosed garden of approximately 1000 m2. There is a garden table with chairs, a deck/patio, a selection of beach chairs and a outdoor grill/BBQ for you to enjoy during your stay.


For the children there is a playground area with sandpit and swings. There is also a selection of both indoor and outdoor games available.


Outside, there is also a separate self catering apartment which we offer as rental for 2 people. It has 1 large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and small living room. Perfect for the older children or grandparents.

Located in the village of Carantec, this villa is ideally situated with all of the activities available in the surrounding area within walking distance. There are 3 beaches appoxiamately 800m away (strike white callot facing the island, that of 'Kelenn' with club sailors, that of 'clouet' and outdoor center), the watersports centre (diving sailing, rowing, jet ski), golf (9 holes), water park, cinema, restaurants, and a selection of shops. There is also a market every Thursday morning.
