This spacious and comfortable apartment consists of 1 living room , 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 large balconies.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the usual appliances such as fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen opens up into the living room which comprises a large sofa, balcony 7m ² with a south facing garden. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a double sofa bed and a 6m ² balcony, the other has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine and there is a separate toilet. Wifi internet accesss is available throughout the apartment.


The apartment is just a 3 minute walk from the center of Pordic and all its shops, a 3 minute walk from the bus station where you can get buses to St Brieuc and Paimpol and a 3 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Pordic Binic and Rosaries. For our nature loving guests, you can spend your time with us enjoying walking and hiking near the GR34 along the entire coastline of the Bay of St Brieuc. There are a number of various sports activities, cultural and historical sites in the region for you to explore.

The apartment is wheelchair accessible. We do not allow pets and we operate a non smoking policy throughout the apartment.

At only 52 km from the closest airports: Lannion and Dinard, 10 km from the station of St Brieuc, the city of Pordic is easy to reach and very well connected by bus from the town of Saint Brieuc which it belongs. This residence is ideally located between the Emerald Coast and Pink Granite Coast. In this region, you will discover the most prestigious sites of Brittany. In addition to its beaches, Pordic and its surroundings have a lot of hiking trails (GR 34) with magnificent views over the bay of Saint-Brieuc (large bird sanctuary). Visit the very close Trégomeur zoo, golf "Ajoncs d'or (gold Gorse) in St Brieuc, enjoy the many surrounding beaches and their water sports.
Between the Bay of St Brieuc and Paimpol harbor, explore the coast of Goëlo, it enjoys changing lights that reveal beautiful landscapes and unspoilt nature. Enjoy the many beaches along this coast. From Plouha, take the path of the cliffs, the highest in Britain, they offer stunning views across the coast, the bay of Saint-Brieuc, Paimpol, capes Frehel and Erquy opposite.
After visiting the picturesque port of Paimpol, provide a full day to take a trip to the island of Bréhat: from the small port of the Arcouest, only ten minutes boat is enough to join Bréhat. However, the scenery is immediate! There is no car, but a lot of flowers and a mild microclimate. In the southern part of the island, the gardens surrounded by walls are filled with blue-purple agapanthus. Going up north, nature is wilder. The road stops at the lighthouse Peacock beauty built on pink granite rocks.
For gourmets, you will be delighted by the taste of the products of the earth and the the sea. In the region, there is a star: "Saint-Jacques shell". Are caught with it many other treasures like the bar or lobster. On land, even the simplest products are delicious, as cocos de Paimpol AOC or potatoes of Ploeuc-sur-Lie. With such gastronomic strengths, it is not surprising that Saint-Brieuc is one of the most starry cities of Britain.
There is still much to say about this region that may extend further along the Pink Granite Coast, or the other side of the bay from St Brieuc at Cape Frehel, not to mention all the beautiful villages so picturesque you can see as you enter inside the land.
