Les Touches was built in 1987 and is set in an attractive garden. It is perfectly placed being near many places of interest. Lac Chambon is a man-made lake; with three beaches the nearest of which is ten minutes walk. Swimming in the lake enjoys excellent summer temperatures. There are also beaches on the river Creuse.

The ground floor of the house is open plan. The kitchen enjoys an open plan layout with dining facilities. The kitchen has all modern cooking appliances and also a dish washer and washing machine. The lounge is adjacent with comfortable seating, the whole room can be heated by an open fire and electric radiators.

The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom can be equipped with a second double bed or twin beds. The house is equipped with a single bathroom with bath/shower twin hand basins and WC. A separate WC is also available.

The garden is large and peaceful, ideal for relaxation and sunbathing in privacy. Outdoor furniture is available for the patio which enjoys an awning. A barbecue is also provided.

The village of Eguzon is 20 minutes by car and offers traditional French, shopping and supermarket, doctors surgery, post-office and banks.
