The apartment is sunny and large, located in the district Notre Dame des Pins, in the lower part of the luxuous residential area La Californie. It is well situated close to La Croisette and the beach, which is just 450 m. The famous Rue d'Antibes is only 600 m. The Palais des Festivals is reachable within 20 min walking distance and the townbus stop is located in front of the house. For those who love shopping, there are many shops nearby.
The view from the terrace, where you can enjoy your meals, faces southward to palm and other trees. From the first floor you have no sea view but the beach is very near, less than five minutes walking. Private parking possible but free parking is possible in the street.
