One of two beautiful 3 bedroom Gites that are part of the Winemaker's House in Mirepeisset. Both Gites have their own swimming pools and provide an ideal base for exploring the magnificent Languedoc-Roussillon area. La Fleurie is a converted barn with 3 en suite bedrooms and a private pool.

La Fleurie offers its guest wonderful two story accommodation with 3 bedrooms that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The property is furnished to a very high standard with shuttered French doors that open from the courtyard into the spacious salon with its full height cathedral roof. One of the main features of this property is the barn's 400 year old stone wall.
On one side of the living area you will find a set of stairs that lead up to the first floor gallery walkway - this separates the two upstairs bedrooms, both of which have twin bed and en suite shower rooms with toilet and wash basin.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and is situated off to one side of the living area with its double bed, shuttered window and ensuite bathroom with shower, bath, wash basin and toilet.

The well equipped living area is furnished to a high standard and includes Cable TV showing free to view UK channels. Full Wi-Fi is also provided. On the opposite side of the living room is the dining area with table and chairs, leading through to a fully equipped kitchen.

Outside guests can enjoy the private pool which is set in an enclosed landscaped courtyard with a regulation safety fence available. There is also a selection of garden furniture including sun beds and a BBQ for you to use during your stay. Please note garden and pool maintenance will be done by pre-arrangement with our guests to ensure your privacy during your stay.

The local village has a wonderful general store where you will be able to purchase all of your basic needs such as fresh bread and croissants. There are also a good restaurant - La Garenne -  which is open all year round (2 nights per week in low season). The historic village of Le Somail is nearby, situated on the Canal du Midi where guests can enjoy several more restaurants. A bank and Pharmacy can be found 3km away in Ginestas and 5 minutes away is a large Intermarche super market with a 24hr petrol station.

The ancient city of Narbonne is approximately a 15km drive away from the gite and is highly recommend. 
Several great beaches at Gruissan, Leucate, Narbonne Plage and La Franqui can be found between 30 and 40 minutes away along the Mediterranean coast.

The fortified city of Carcassonne is also around 40 minutes away and has become a favourite with both locals and tourists having starred in many films.
